Somewhere between trying to track our habits and forgetting to check the tracker, we realized something- most habit tools are either sometimes complicated or boring. We wanted to build something that actually keeps people motivated and excited to stick to good habits, especially when it’s so easy to slip into bad ones. We’ve all seen it- great intentions, lost motivation or get into addiction. It started with a few Notion templates- simple ways to track habits and goals without any complications. People liked them, and before we knew it, Habit Mile became more than just templates. Now, we’re using AI to make habit-tracking smarter and flexible enough for real life. Because let’s be honest—some days, you’re on top of everything. Other days, you just want a nap. We get that.
To make habit-building simple, adaptable & easy to follow without pressure, guilt or unnecessary effort. We’re not here to make you track every second of your life. We’re here to help you build small, meaningful habits in health, wealth, productivity and hobbies- in a way that works for you, not against you.
A world where building habits doesn’t feel like a chore. Where tracking progress is helpful, not overwhelming. Where we can take help of AI to help people cultivate Habits for a long term in their lives. Where you don’t need ten different apps to track ten different things but just one simple system that fits your life.
We’ve all been there- excited to build new habits, only to drop them after a week. We tried the trackers, the apps, the complicated systems. Nothing really stuck. We started using Notion for ourselves and it actually made a difference in how we stayed consistent.
Inspired by the Second Brain method, we built templates to share with others. People loved them, and that’s when we realized we could make habit-tracking smarter, more personalized and actually helpful.
So, we built Harper OS- a goal driven app with an AI buddy that adapts to you, not the other way around. At the end of the day, we’re just a bunch of people (not AI, we promise) who believe the best habit tools don’t force you into a system they fit into the way you already live.
